2011-2012 School Budget Approved

The community approved the budget on Tuesday, May 17, 2011.

THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING OUR CHILDREN.

With the highest percent of yes votes (61%) since 2002, Manhasset voters approved the 2011-12 school budget. In addition, the Capital Reserve Funds Proposition (allowing for capital projects in each of the schools) was approved by 63% of the voters. Patricia Aitken, incumbent school board member running unopposed, was elected to a three-year term.

The approved budget will permit full replication of all core elementary and secondary academic, co-curricular and athletics programs.
